Weeks 2+: Coaching
4 × 60-min calls per week to review progress and agree next best actions.
Quarterly Reviews
90-min executive review assessing results to date, wins and blockages, next quarter focus and goals.
Ongoing async support: Slack, Teams, email or your chosen platform for quick questions.

Fair Use Policy
The packages set out the committed, planned time. Additional calls and async support will be honoured within reasonable limits. Work to produce specific deliverables is not included and will be charged in addition, following your agreement to the expenditure. If you're using this thoughtfully, you're unlikely to incur additional costs.
